Is this Halloween idea just too over-the-top?

I was planning on dressing up as the Queen of Hearts (a sort of medley version from the original Disney version, the new Tim Burton one and with a bit of Emelie Autumn chucked in) and instead of handing out candy, handing out jam tarts.
