Does anyone think Hilary has gained enough experience in foreign affairs to be considered in 2012?

Why did she have enough experience in 2008? I wasn't aware being first lady was experience, and a 1.5 terms as a Senator (which she only did to get to the White House) were sufficient to be President. Any more than Obama had, and look what we have. A mess.
