Help! Puppy is throwing up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

It could be stress but you might want to take the puppy to the vet. The shivering does not sound good, he could be getting hypoglycemic or needs to be warmed up. How old is he? has he had his shots? I'd rather be safe then sorry and take him to the vet instead of having them come back to a really sick or dead dog. they should compensate you for the vet bills.
