I lost everything on my iphone!?

Ok so basically, I plugged in my iPhone 4 in my macbook and I opened up iTunes. A few months ago I synced my old iPhone and I never synced my new one. Well, after plugging in my phone, it asked me if I wanted to sync it as a new iphone or restore as Angela's iPhone (also the name of my new phone.) I forgot that this was the first time I synced my phone so I guess I just clicked on restore... I lost all the photos, videos, notes etc. on my phone. Is there any way I can restore what I lost? Was it saved somewhere (on my computer perhaps..)
