I smoke and drink to much.....?

I've been smoking now for 16 years. Recently I had bronchitis and should have not smoked while having it but i did and now i still cant stop coughing. I have no insurance and no money to go to the doctor because when i was first sick i spent a load of money. I've also been a heavy drinker for a few years now nad lately have not been so bad, but when i do drink i feel really sick the next day. I know you are all going to tell me to stop smoking and drinking, and its really hard on me right now because i'm going through a really tough time in my life and very stressed out. I've been thinking about checking my self into a facility.
