If you were pres on 9-11-01, what would you have done?

Did Clinton handle the terrorists attacks better than Bush? If Clinton would have gone after Khalid Sheik Mohammed after the 1993 attack that he helped to mastermind the way Bush did, would we still have our twin towers and our 3,000 citizens? Is this the kind of (in)action that we can expect from Hillary too?
