Makin frensHELP,plz help urgent!?

i am lonely ,shy. wnever i talk ppl ignore me. they all r nice but i dunlike ppl ignorin me, n dunno wat 2 say them next.. :((( i feel alone, iwant 2 have bestie, in secondary skool..n how to make frens n last long.. i want 2 have fun but wenever i m around no fun..:(((((
