US Army Dress Mess Uniform Trefoil Knots Question?

Are there two rows of piping on the sleeve a field grade officer's tuxedo style jacket? Or, is there just one ribbon that makes the knots? The AR 670-1 Guide (fig 24-8) shows a diagram for a field grade officer with just one ribbon making the loops for sleeve ornamentation.
