Was Reagan more Liberal than Obama?

Reagan raised taxes in more years then cut them. He cut and ran from Lebanon. He granted amnesty to illegals. He was pro-choice. He grew the size of the government substantially. He sounds like a so called socialist that the GOP is always rambling on about.
