Where can I find an alchemical mentor?

I've been a student of spiritual growth and enlightenment. And as of a year ago I started studying alchemy in my spare time. I feel as if my growth would be much better isted with a mentor/teacher but I cannot find any such persons. I had considered signing up for alchemy cles but the unfortunate problem I have come across is that in my studies I've neglected material gain, and am currently penniless. So I was wondering if there is anyone experienced in alchemy who would be willing to accept a student?
